What parents can see and access on Educai

Who can access this?
Parents that have been invited to Educai and joined as a parent user.
To add a primary contact

The parent portal contains information about their child’s upcoming sessions, invoices, learning profile and, if enabled, parents can request, reschedule and cancel sessions.  

The invoice section will show all of their outstanding and paid invoices - parents can click on outstanding invoices and be directed to the invoice page where they can pay.

Parents can also see information on each of their children individually, including their last session, next session and learning profile.
If enabled, parents can request a session with tutors that have taught their child previously. Making a request will notify the tutor, who can then accept or decline. Accepting will automatically create a session at the requested time.
