The Navy Profile

The Commander

Confident and outspoken, students with the Navy Profile are natural mathematicians who are eager to be challenged with harder topics and complex questions.

A tool for educators, by educators

Educai stemmed from our 5+ years of experience running our own tutoring business, Wonders of Maths. Everything we develop stems from a real tutor need and is tested by our tutors before being launched.

Teaching tips

💪   Challenge them

Challenge them with Olympiad and Challenge questions to boost their creativity when it comes to problem solving.

💬  Focus on Wordy Problems

With each topic, spend time working on wordy problems with the student. Ensure that they read the question properly (preferably twice) before moving onto working on the solutions.

🧐  Context is key

When approaching a new topic, these students prefer understanding how it will be used in real-life so include a lot of applicable examples in your explanations!

📝   Keep them organised

These students really benefit from a structured session and method to tackle questions. They are inventive and creative in the methods they use to tackle questions so ensure those methods are scalable with harder questions and that they remain consistent.
